6Returns, Defect Claims & Cancellations

• Cancellations: Factory production shuru hone se pehle order cancel kiya ja sakta hai. Production shuru hone ke baad cancellation nahi ho sakti.
• Defect Window: Factory defect ya kharab carton ki report 48 ghante ke andar unboxing video/photo ke sath deni zaroori hai.
• Custom Orders: Custom ya special order par banaye gaye pairs non-returnable hain.
